Rolling on the River at Ridgeview Resort |

The Colorado River has a mythic biography in the southwestern U.S., a story that stretches back in time and is completely up to the minute. Not only, of course, did its rushing current carve out the Grand Canyon over the vast eons of history, but today it is the major source of water for millions of people in the region.
The river has another aspect to its tale, one that is enjoyed by millions of vacationers each year. It is a major recreational site; those who flock there with regularity are affectionately known as “River Rats.”
A special spot on the river, where the states of California, Nevada and Arizona converge, offers even more opportunities for fun that are away from the water. Bullhead City, Arizona, is connected to Laughlin, Nevada, by bridge. The town formed in the 1940s during the construction of Davis Dam. Over the decades, as the area grew into a tourist mecca (and with the evolution of Lake Mohave), Bullhead City grew into the fabulous resort community it is today.
For the RV traveler, the ideal place to hook up and experience it all is Ridgeview RV Resort, one of the top RV resorts in the country. Please call RPI at 1-800-456-7774 or visit RPI for reservations and additional information.
