Online Reservations
1.   If you do not have a reservation account, you will need to purchase one first to cover the
$2 service fee per reservation. On the reservation account page, you can also check how many reservation credits you have.
2.   Go to the resort guide and navigate to the resort you wish to stay at, and depending on the policy of the resort, you will see a link to either make or request a reservation. If you are not logged it, you will be asked to log in.

RPI cannot make reservations for members at their home resort or home resort group. Members must call their home resort or home resort group directly.

  • Reservations are available only to members in good standing.
  • The member who makes the reservation must use the reservation.
  • Reservation procedures are listed on each resort page and vary from resort to resort.
  • Typically reservations can be made 30 to 90 days in advance based on availability.
  • Some resorts require a deposit or a credit card to hold the reservation.
  • As a general rule, RPI affiliated resorts do not accept RPI reservations during major holidays and holiday weekends.
  • A $2 service fee is charged for each confirmed reservation, regardless of the number of nights being confirmed. Save time and money by establishing a reservation account.

Reservation Accounts

Each time you make a confirmed reservation, there is a $2 service charge. You can save time and money by opening a pre-paid reservation account. Reservation Accounts may be used any time for up to three years and any unused block of reservations less the free reservations are refundable during that period. The Reservation Passport is non-refundable.

Block of 10 or 20 Reservations
10 reservations for $16 (receive 2 free reservations – a 20% savings).
20 reservations for $30 (receive 5 free reservations – a 25% savings).

Reservation Passport
A passport is $49 and gives you unlimited reservations for one year.

Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by the resorts. If you need to cancel within two days of arrival or are canceling during the weekend, please call the resort directly. If you have guaranteed your arrival with a credit card, please contact the resort directly to cancel. If you fail to cancel a site reservation, it will count as one of your visits.

Plan Ahead, Be Flexible
When planning your vacation, please keep in mind that some resorts in the RPI network are very popular at certain times of the year and space fills up quickly. Plan ahead and have alternative dates in mind when making your reservation. As a general rule, RPI affiliated resorts do not accept RPI reservations during major holidays and holiday weekends. Make sure to check the resort's reservation procedures before requesting reservations, as some restrictions may apply.

Membership Identification
You must present your RPI membership card to your host resort along with your home resort membership card and valid identification card or driver's license when visiting RPI and RPI Preferred resorts. Host resorts will not accept members without proper identification. Additional and/or replacement RPI membership cards may be ordered through RPI member services for $5 each.

RV Site Locations
A request for a specific type of site or hookup cannot be guaranteed. Sites are assigned by the host resort and may not be assigned until arrival.

Host Resort Rental Accommodations
Nightly rental charges are listed on each resort page in this guide. Rates are determined by the host resort and subject to change during the year. You will be apprised of current rates and/or deposit requirements at the time of booking. Fees, if any, for use of amenities, are determined and collected by the host resort. To cancel reservations, please call the host resort directly. Reservation deposits or other fees collected by the host resort will be refunded by the host resort based on that particular resort's policy.

Special Notes
Day use is counted as a visit and must be arranged with the host resort directly. RPI cannot guarantee that any particular RPI affiliated resort will always be in the RPI network.
