Alert Regarding COVID-19 – Last Updated 8/4/2020
As many states and counties around the country continue to relax stay at home orders, we will stay in communication with our affiliated resorts on any restrictions to hosting RPI members at this time. RPI does not control whether a resort can begin hosting members. Each resort is making the determination on whether they can accept new reservations, as well as the number of reservations, based on their state and local government's recommendations.

The RPI staff continues to work from home and we are available 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (PDT), Monday – Friday.

RV Travel

We are updating any restriction extensions on each Resort's online listing – check under Rates & Guidelines. Many campgrounds will be continuing to implement safe distancing practices and may close, or limit access to, public spaces like pools, spas, clubhouses and game rooms.

New Reservations
Many resorts are accepting new reservations for summer travel and beyond. Keep in mind that some may have limited, or no access to onsite amenities such as pools, workout rooms, or other public facilities until restrictions have been lifted for their area. We encourage you to rely on government websites like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. State Department, as well as contacting the resort directly, before making your decision to book, as all reservations are non-refundable once booked.

Cruise Vacations

All cruise lines have temporarily halted operations. If you are booked on a cruise and receive a cancellation notice, please contact one of one of our travel advisors to help you with your options.

Most cruise lines are automatically providing future cruise credits to canceled sailings. The amount of future cruise credit, and the length of time you have to use the credit, varies depending on the cruise line. Refunds are also available, but must be requested and have deadlines to request a refund. Please review the cruise line's cancellation policy for specific information for your cruise. Here are links to the major cruiselines' information pages:
Carnival Cruises
Celebrity Cruises
Holland America Cruises
Norwegian Cruise Line
Princess Cruises
Royal Caribbean

For members who are booked on cruises currently not cancelled, it is important that you visit the cruise line's website and complete the pre-boarding check-in. The cruise lines are emailing information on upcoming cruises directly to their guests.
