As many states and counties around the country start to relax stay at home orders, we continue to stay in communication with our affiliated resorts on whether they are able to accept new reservations. RPI does not control whether a resort can begin hosting members. Each resort is making the determination on whether they can accept new reservations based on their state and local government's recommendations.
The RPI staff continues to work from home and we are available 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (PDT), Monday – Friday.
We are updating any restriction extensions on each Resort's online listing – check under Rates & Guidelines. Most campgrounds will be continuing to implement safe distancing practices by closing public spaces like pools, spas, and limiting usage of other areas like clubhouses and game rooms.
We are able to make reservations for arrivals in June or later for almost all campgrounds. Campgrounds are waiving cancellation fees if they need to extend their arrival restrictions. Additionally, most campgrounds are temporarily changing their cancellation policies to give you more flexibility when choosing to make reservations for this summer.
RPI will be waiving the $3 reservation fee for reservations requested online through the month of June.

Many resorts are accepting new reservations for summer travel and beyond. Keep in mind that some may have limited, or no access to onsite amenities such as pools, workout rooms, or other public facilities until restrictions have been lifted for their area. We encourage you to rely on government websites like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
and U.S. State Department
, as well as contacting the resort directly, before making your decision to book, as all reservations are non-refundable once booked
All cruise lines have temporarily halted operations. If you are booked on a cruise that sails between now and June 30th, one of our travel advisors will be contacting you to help you with your options. Additionally, all Alaska cruises for this summer have been cancelled.
Most cruise lines are providing 100% refunds but are also offering incentives for rebooking a later date or choosing a future cruise credit.
For members who are booked on cruises currently not cancelled, we are watching these events closely and will be in touch with you with any news affecting your cruise. We ask that you wait until end of May to contact us with questions.
