Alert Regarding COVID-19 – Last Updated 3/26/2020
The CDC recommends that travelers at higher risk for COVID-19 complications avoid all cruise travel and nonessential air travel. The U.S. State Department has a list of travel advisories/warnings.

Our focus is on the health and safety of our employees and our members. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, and by order of the Governor of California, we have temporarily closed the RPI office. We will be responding to emails and web requests, but our response time may be slower than usual. Please be patient. We expect that our phones will re-open on Friday, March 27th, at 7:30 am PST.

RV Travel – as you all know, the situation the past few days has been constantly changing. Several campgrounds are either closing or limiting access at this time so we are unable to make reservations for these campgrounds. We are working to update our website with this information. All or most all campgrounds are implementing safe distancing practices by closing some public spaces like pools, spas, and limiting usage of other areas like clubhouses and game rooms.

We continue to encourage you to request reservations online at www.resortparks.com. Once we open our phone lines, the wait times may be longer than usual, but we now have a call back feature that will save your place in line and call you back when it's your turn.

Finally, before traveling to the resort, we recommend that you contact the resort/campground directly for the most up-to-date information. Resort contact information is on your confirmation.

Condominium Vacations – For condominium reservations booked through RPI we are working with members who have had their travel cancelled due to flight or other restrictions. RPI will be working with you to cancel your travel plans that were booked through RPI. If you are needing to cancel and you were traveling in April, please email us at vacations@resortparks.com. Please be sure to include your name, RPI member number, and the best phone number to reach you should we have questions. We will be contacting members in the order of their travel dates. If you are traveling in May or later, we ask that you wait to contact until after April 20th.

Cruise Vacations – All cruise lines have temporarily halted operations. If you are booked on a cruise that was within the next 30-60 days one of our travel advisors will be contacting you to help you with your options. Most cruise lines are providing 100% refunds, but are also offering incentives for rebooking a later date or choosing a future cruise credit. For members who are booked on cruises beyond the 60-day window, we are watching these events closely and will be in touch with you with any news affecting your cruise.
